Introduction

Welcome to Session1 Audio, operated by antn42 & Timmy Holiday. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and the purchase, download, and use of any digital products ("Sample Packs") sold on this site.

By accessing this website, making a purchase, or downloading our products, you ("You" or "The User") agree to be bound by these Terms and our License Agreement.

All sounds, samples, and content sold on this site are 100% owned by antn4t2 & Timmy Holiday. Your purchase grants you a license, not ownership, of the sounds, as defined below.

Sample Pack License Agreement

1. Independent Use (Royalty-Free)

You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the sounds in this pack, including drums, melodies, and one-shots, for independent releases. This includes beat store sales, streaming on platforms like Spotify or YouTube, and use in independent films, games, or podcasts. No clearance is needed for this type of independent use.

2. Major Placements

You must obtain clearance from us before releasing any track that uses our sounds with a "Major Label" or "Major Artist". A "Major Label" or "Major Distributor" includes, but is not limited to, Sony, Universal, Warner Music Group, The Orchard, Empire, or ADA. A "Major Artist" is defined as any artist signed to or distributed by a major label, or any established, high-profile artist. Clearance for such major placements requires a fair negotiation of publishing splits and/or master royalties.

4. Restrictions

This is a single-user license; you may not share, resell, or transfer this pack. You may not use these sounds to create your own competing sample packs or sound libraries. Furthermore, you may not redistribute or resell the sounds as standalone files. All sounds must be used within a new musical composition.

5. Legal & Refunds

All sales are final. As this is a digital product, we cannot offer refunds. All sounds are provided "as-is". Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the pack. If you breach any of these terms, your license is terminated automatically, and you must delete all copies of the sounds in your possession. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
